@nilclass@infosec.exchange ok, thx yeah i will read it very carefully. I thougt ab out buying dreame X40 Ultra. It should be supperted very well.
Ok thats strange that he does not want to have a community. So he basically wants to control everything.

@matze@lebalkon.de Yeah, I find it strange as well -- it's not a secret, he's very open about it: https://valetudo.cloud/pages/general/why-not-valetudo/ re X40 ultra: looks like it uses the same rooting method (fastboot) as the one that I have. It's reasonably straight-forward except for one scary point, where you have 160 seconds to run some commands, and if you don't do it in time the robot will be bricked :D
