No, I've never increased the dosage since I was moved onto patches, I just stick to the prescription. I got through it the way many do, with sleeping on a towel and switching between duvet and nothing over me through the night! I could argue it was a 'benefit' of just being a woman 🤔

@Faith@chaosfem.tw Did you experience the brain fog and exhaustion and aches too? Hot flashes have been the least of my problems. Glad to hear you managed. <3
