@jonaprov@mastodon.quebec @EdwinG@mstdn.moimeme.ca @auxonic@ottawa.place @jfmezei@cosocial.ca @Javensbukan@cosocial.ca CAQ at zero seats… has an INCUMBENT party ever fallen that far before? I wonder how many of new seat-holders are paying attention to the CAQ’s stance vs. their own platforms. From 90 to ZERO. Then again, PQ’s going from 3 to ~59+; what’s the inference of the plebiscite? The devil you know?

@mWare@ottawa.place I would say the closest that I can see is QLP from 102 seats to 26 in 1976. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Quebec_general_elections?wprov=sfti1# I have an opinion on why the QP won this strongly and it’s not a positive opinion… so I will keep it to myself. Historically, Québec tends to elect opposing ideologies nationally and provincially. @jonaprov@mastodon.quebec @auxonic@ottawa.place @jfmezei@cosocial.ca @Javensbukan@cosocial.ca
