Track a small set of useful metrics during the first few billing cycles. Monitor active subscriptions, trial conversions, failed renewals, cancellations, refunds, and support requests. A high number of failed payments may indicate a gateway or communication problem. A high number of cancellations immediately after the first renewal may suggest that the product description did not set accurate expectations. (30/38)
