Which is maybe 1% of all software really. But the most interesting version of this story happens when #civilservice starts absorbing these #opensource solutions into #publicpolicy infrastructure. The library and the museum, the universities, the local government clerk — they all have the same broken spreadsheet problem. The tools already exist, they're open, and they could power real #digitalsovereignty.
