Call for information (Boosts appreciated!): I have semi-recently seen some people suggesting that online job boards have alarmingly low callback rates for applicants, but I cannot track down figures to back up this specific claim directly. I'm seeing recruiting firms (and a whole lot of AI slop) corroborate this, but have yet to find numbers. I would appreciate some sourced hard numbers to confirm or refute this idea.
