Did you know that it is common for logos to include intentional inconsistencies? Here's an example from the Google logo where parts of the logo are not aligned and where the overall shape of the logo is distorted. It is common for visuals that have been distorted, especially letter forms, to appear more accurate. For instance, although the entire line of text appears even, characters with rounded bottoms protrude beyond the baseline. Those that seem to be the same thickness all around are frequently not. #logo #design #UI #UX #graphicdesign #Google #visual #illusion #eyes #logos #funfacts
