sorry but anyone that has ever disclosed a bug to microsoft know that they use this so called social contract as toilet paper.
they reject the bug and then fix it for free, claiming that someone else already reported it.
it happens non-stop unless the bug is cheap.

ever notice how apple and google reports who received zero day bounties for what cve but not microsoft unless it's literally reported outside of microsoft?
