When I get off in the morning I'm filing an HR against my direct manager. I'm tired of the unwanted advances, inappropriate comments, quid pro quo harassment (offering favoritism treatment for inappropriate favors), and now work place retaliation for rejecting said advances. I am not going to have my job threatened due to unsubstantiated reasons. I may include ADA, EEOC and federal labor violations. Normally I ignore it but last night was the last straw with me.
