@adamsteer the problems are often about the nature of the notebook and how it allows horrible things. I have seen huge notebooks that need to be run out of order, or you have to run half of it, then skip a bit, before running the rest. And terrible things can happen if you change something above, but dont fully run it all. Then everything works, until you close it. Things like Marimo, LiveBook and others are better. Clear dependency graphs, marking of stale data, forks.
