People in bands, or band adjacent - especially #punk bands - has your band discussed or created a shared values or points of unity-style document?
I think it's a good time for one of my bands to have those discussions but I'm not sure how to start. Any advice, recommendations, or even samples of what y'all did would be appreciated.

@automattack@counterforce.social we follow the standard pirate charter. Equal shares of plunder for all, with a additional shares grabbed for loss of limbs.

@automattack@counterforce.social that's a really good question tbh. back when I played in some punk bands 25+ years ago it totally was not a question anyone would have asked in my circles. yet some of those people went on to be creeps or harmful 😬 I know today of some code of conduct type documents for festivals after abuse/incidents happen but they feel too formal and structured to apply for a band
