☝🏼 I think about this question a lot these days as I watch problems — with better, faster, more accurate, cheaper, and less wasteful solutions *that already exist* — being eagerly fed into LLMs
As in, “What have you tried [before settling for a plausible sounding answer (presented with the veneer of utmost confidence!) that in all likelihood is complete hogwash]?”
