I tried Nirsoft's Monitor Info View
On my desktop LG montiors they both show a blank for serial number in #EDID info.
A random Acer monitor I had handy clearly showed a serial #.
So yeah, looks like the monitors themselves are to blame.
Still wish something like XRandR was possible in #Windows...

@furicle@mastodon.social I checked the edid on my two Lenovo monitors and they both report the same serial number. Jeez.
