Yeah, keeping off the social feeds and the total cessation of doom scrolling cold has produced... interesting results. I had no idea how many false alarms and overall expressions of panic had been impacting me negatively. While I keep hearing news that has lifted my spirits (5 decades of politics gives me hope) I'm wondering if there's a market for a shirt with the following slogan: REMEMBER: Trump voters did this. Nothing else. 😏 #Trump
