@signalapp@mastodon.world Why should I donate when the CEO gets such a huge compensation already?
Aren't there discount CEOs available?
EDIT: idk what I was misremembering (maybe the 35.8 $M expenses/revenue) but this shows the c-suite compensation and it is less than I remembered.

EDIT2: all the employees are getting $20 mil combined. Not sure how much of that is c suite.

@semitones@tiny.tilde.website @signalapp@mastodon.world Brian Acton, the acting CEO, has no salary. The president is Meredith Whittaker. Her salary is about $800k. https://projects.propublica.org/nonprofits/organizations/824506840 And her salary doesn't even crack the top 10 charity executive salaries in the world. Here is the top 10: 1. Selwyn Vickers, M.D., President/CEO, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, $5,787,159, Fiscal Year Ending 12/31/2023 2. Kathryn Martin, Past COO, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, $4,762,491, Fiscal Year Ending 12/31/2023
