Does anyone have experience with print on demand to sell merch?
The plan is to set up a store to sell calendars (and perhaps other merch) to finance a charitable project (not mine).
I'm looking for print on demand providers that handle selling the merch, printing and shipping to people in the UK and EU. Can you recommend any?

@juulcat@mastodon.gamedev.place I've done this last year with gelato + an etsy shop. Calendars seem to be very saturated and you need to have a lot of reach to sell. Think about an email list at the start to gather interest.

@juulcat@mastodon.gamedev.place I mostly sell merch like t-shirts, hoodies, etc. and I use Printful as a provider. I don't know about calendars though. https://www.printful.com/

@juulcat@mastodon.gamedev.place I had a Society6 shop for years, with lots of entries, but sellers receive only a tiny slice of the price, and one day they suddenly introduced an obligatory paid subscription for shop owners. So I don’t recommend Society6.
