I might be quiet quitting my job until I can find a new one. I'm doing a lot of malicious compliance. And the more my job twists themselves into a chokehold as they try to never admit they hired some other shitty management hires, the more I'm gunna do the very least required of me. Especially after I got the ole "I never give 5 stars on reviews" treatment during my first yearly review and gave me something like a 32¢ raise! And the second year they almost gave me another pittance raise until I complained and then they were like, "oh, oops, we forgot to check a box." Like...did you forget to check the box the year before? Am I owed money? The fact of the matter is that they're gunna probably catch on eventually and I'm gunna just maliciously comply until they can admit they're not addressing my concerns I have asked through the union. They've become so restrictive of employees that they're becoming non-functional and making my job non-functional. But it is probably by design. Thank fuck for me having a union.
