@taketwo@social.tchncs.de I've *no* idea. I'd not even heard of Fluxer before this prompt to look at it. Like I said, I websearched, and didn't find much about it, and couldn't find anything here on Mastodon with a quick search either. I *think* I saw something about "we'll work on federation". I note that the particular instance I'm "using" (very loosely) is having ... issues ... right now. "Community temporarily unavailable". As for Matrix, I've not yet had reason to use it at all myself yet ... but did see discussion of it being riddle with security holes, and the response from the devs to reporting such wasn't great. Mostly it's still looking like "Yeah, Discord sucks, this age-gate thing just the latest... but it's still the best of a bad bunch in terms of functionality, security etc".
