Apparently Angus Taylor will focus on bracket creep in his budget reply tonight. This is slightly bemusing because that happens only when wages rise. But the LNP when in power suppressed wages as part of their economic strategy, as admitted by Mathias Cormann before he departed for greener pastures as director-general of the OECD.
