If you're upset that wars exist, start electing politicians that don't start wars of aggression.
If you're upset that you were exposed to shocking words, think about why you have been insulated from gory truth for so long.
If you think the arms industry simply shouldn't exist, consider Ukraine. Is it right or ethical that they should be allowed to compress the kill cycle when protecting their cities from invasion?

Otherwise, what I see looks like people who enjoy BBQs, but are hypocritically up in arms when they are exposed to the mechanics of industrial food slaughter. You have input to this system. Become a vegetarian/reform your politics. You can't be angry at this but go back to eating war-raised meat.
