@jesuisatire@social.tchncs.de @clacke According to that w3c page: "The Federated Social Web concept was started in summer 2010 at the first Federated Social Web Summit in Portland" and "This XG started on 15 December 2010 and transitioned on 12 January 2012 to Federated Social Web Community Group." So around the same time, apparently.
