Here's what I suspect is behind #Musk's most recent childish but harmful decisions at #Twitter and his current poll about whether he should step back: 1. Musk realized that he has maneuvered Twitter into a very bad position. 2. He is trying to get out of it in a face-saving way. 3. He puts it to a vote, assuming that the majority is in favor of his resignation. 4. He withdraws from the executive level, indicating that he is only doing what Twitter users want, but that he himself is not to blame.
