My dad told me some people are having trouble selling Rolf Harris's house. That is, no one wants to buy it. But the truth is, if they lowered the price enough, someone would buy it. It's a case of: if you can afford to buy that house, why would you buy the house of a famous sex offender when there are plenty of other houses you could buy? It's actually a case of the estate agents not being willing to drop the price until it is sold. If the house went low enough, someone would buy it. It's just a case of seeing how low it would need to go. Perhaps a charity could buy it and use it. Or perhaps it could be donated to a charity. But there's little profit in that.
