Sometimes it's a Teams message then a call, or a Teams call to ask if I can stop by a coworker's cubicle/office when I have a moment.. like.. a message would've been a much less disruptive way to ask x3 (To be fair many coworkers are retiring soon, it's likely a difference in what feels comfortable)
