Why don't you actually spend some time reading the sources that he sent you? It's actually really interesting and I urge you to read it. I would particularly recommend [this video](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TPA_hLdU4Jc&list=PLsCaI-gsA29xVYzFI-kYWLcx2QhowNBCL) where an American debunks the majority of the lies manufactured by the west, he uses primary sources or sources that link to primary sources in all situations that he can and you can read through his sources if you wish.
