@adam@podcastindex.social You only get charged per token if you call their api directly instead of using the normal cli/web/app tools.

@dave@podcastindex.social exactly, Dave, I reckon @adam@podcastindex.social was using claude opus 4.6 via API in opencode - openclaw-style - that is why he suffered. Generally speaking: Claude Code is the best on the planet for coding, only Codex in $200/month plan of ChatGPT can match it.
