I swear, this is the sort of thing that makes me think NOAA's got genAI writing the forecasts. "Rain and possibly a thunderstorm before 4pm, then a chance of showers and thunderstorms between 4pm and 5pm, then rain likely and possibly a thunderstorm after 5pm."
