Asbestos is doable - lots of places have asbestos in the water pipes, so you get a little bit of it in the water. Doesn’t do any harm, you just poop it out later (not like breathing it in).

Pine cone jam is a thing. Saw a few YT videos on it a while back, looks pretty good to me.
