As I am me, and you all probably expected this, I went and found an example menu for the Graf Zeppelin. This is from one the "around the world journey" which made it famous. This is from 1928. It's not exactly exciting fayre but your players won't starve.
According to our homebrew SAN Rules @Taskerland won't be recovering very much living off the asparagus tips though.
