@ailepet@peoplemaking.games @edzilla@social.edzilla.info @AlisonW@fedimon.uk unless lost (€25), CIN (carter d'identité Nationale) are free, passport are €86, and valid 15 year (10 older ones). I am ambivalent about it. I grew up with one, so I'm used to it. It helps fight the délit de sale gueule (people who look different: non white) but are also a good excuse to stop people. The question is: can we trust the UK to not abuse the system and data?

@littlemouse@mastodon.scot @ailepet@peoplemaking.games @edzilla@social.edzilla.info A *card* isn't the problem, it's that the UK proposal is for a smartphone app. The easy access to all-the-data is the problem.
