DHS "Gives us all the information you have on this person who said I.C.E was bad one time. Name, address, usernames, geo-location, the works." Tech Company: Sure thing, but one question.. do you have a court order ordering the disclosure of this information? DHS "No, but we are DHS we don't need to ask the courts for this information, this is about domestic terrorism." Tech company: I don't know about that... let's just ask the judge, just to be sure, aright? We should hear back in a few weeks with their final decision. DHS: "... you know what, forget it.
