But the real bottleneck is TSMC… china could design a breakthrough gaming gpu tomorrow that gives you 8k at 240fps, and guess what? It wont be built any timesoon because TSM is too busy building AI stuff for nvidia

China has been investing in its own semiconductor manufacturing for decades. They are behind, but I wouldn’t bet on them staying behind forever.
