@leafeon I think it is. I've played it since release, starting a new game every few years and playing for a few weeks. I don't have every dlc (I usually wait until they're - 50% and buy only if the reviews are good or if I really like the theme). I still enjoy playing it, but I understand how more involved players may be disappointed with dlcs and updates, especially given the total cost over the years.
