I'm not understanding why the DPRK cyber gang wants to wash all stolen crypto assets at once? They could gather or swap all the assets into ethers and start stacking on the Ethereum mainnet. This will create a constant cash flow which is more stealthy when going through mixers, swaps or bridges for privacy coins like Monero.
