Though, the wanted threat actor Mr.Guan TianFeng is considered state-sponsored, Mr.Guan indeed struggled to get his salary payroll deposited on time from his employer Sichuan Silence Information Technology Co. Ltd. He took legal action regarding this, and reached a settlement before trial. I hope his net worth now matches the bounty put on him. Otherwise, I feel really petty for him.
