While waiting for British Airways to sort out their website, we've been able to book a flight from #Tokyo to #Osaka and my hotel in Osaka. Still no functionality from BA.

Frank finally managed to book the flight to #Helsinki! So now I'm over-nighting in Finland's gorgeous capital and not in a rubbish Heathrow hotel. #TravelPlanning
