The thing that really blew my mind was learning that life insurance doesn't pay out of the insured dies during the commission of a crime. So, depending entirely on how the government frames this murder, her kids might never see a penny of life insurance. 😡

@Weirding_Is_Real@mstdn.social jeeeeeeez I hadnt thought about that angle at all. I mean "making a cop frustrated" isnt "a crime" let alone punished with death, as it is written. So I hope there is a chance they can get the insurance. :(
