This agent hasn't been arrested and it currently doesn't seem like he ever will be, though

There is no statute of limitations on murder. If he lives longer than than the MAGA government exists, he'll see a courtroom. MAGA criminals should be like Nazis, and have to look over their shoulders for the rest of their lives. If they are finally caught in their 90s, they'll still live out the remainder of their lives in a cell. No forgiveness, no mercy.
