@AncTreat5358@mindly.social I know you said you had an injury, but did you have any encounter with Covid? I had about 4 weeks of something, not tested, later felt the symptoms of long COVID. Eventually found the adaptogen mushroom combo and it seemed to have a good effect. Still got the stuff time to time. Last pkg I got was from WF, cheaper but maybe not as good. I’m going to look for the brand I got at first. Others recommend probiotics.
