@squirrel@norden.social @adelinej@piaille.fr 🫂 It's a whole thing - I still feel the guilt for all my "failings" even though I know I am not to blame. I was diagnosed in my mid-forties. It's hard to unlearn decades of internalised judgement. Worth it though. Still trying.
