ADHD be like this... my brain: man it's too quiet in here. maybe i should listen to the rest of my audiobook. also my brain: but then again that book is depressing af so maybe i should go with my Spanish podcast. and then my brain: ack... it's too quiet and now i don't know wtf to do!!!
