I feel horrible for the 50% of employees at Rogers who are going to be laid off for no fault of their own. Part of me is also worried that Rogers is going to just use the reduced salary budget line to indulge their event centre named sponsorship kink: Rogers Arena: Vancouver Rogers Centre (formerly the Skydome): Toronto Rogers Stadium: also Toronto My brother didn't realize that the Stadium and Centre were different things when planning to attend a concert.
