@boo_@im-in.space If you're looking specifically to selfhost, Stoat doesn't do federation (no cross-server login or communication), whereas Fluxer has firm plans for federation (though no support for it yet).

@doqunbop@mastodon.gamedev.place Yeah, it's not a big deal right now. We aren't federating our Matrix server anyways, though we might look into it if Fluxer gets better federation than Matrix, because there are some issues that make us a little hesitant to turn it on in Matrix.
