I don't think I've ever written or said those words out loud though, because we're not doing it as some sort of PR thing, we're not trying hard to convince anyone of it with words, we just get on and do it, because not only is it the right thing to do, but the customers are why the business exists, and we keep them happy by *actually showing them* that we care about their services.
