I listened to Just a Thought by Gnarls Barkley more times than was prolly necessary to remind myself it was just a passing thought and not planned action. I didn't actually want to kms, I just wanted to crawl under a rock and die. Important difference.

He told him to NOT kill himself so I'd say that's pretty good. Also suffering is inherit in men. It's demanded on them by everyone. You get used to it.

It might take a few months for some and years for others. The only thing one can do, is keeping the mind occupied so he won't keep hurting himself with his own thoughts, while learning to live on
