@neotoy@mastodon.social that thing is a great example of an invention that is absolutely obvious and self explaining if its on the table, but non trivial to come up with. Moving the pivot point of the handles allows it to fold and with two stages it amplifies the force approx. 10 times. I wonder why there are no modern implementations of that idea.
