@lucaslove@chaos.social @jonmsterling@mathstodon.xyz the growth hackers on Twitter optimize for week #1 numbers. If you measure success like that you'll panic, conclude it's not working, and start doing things that ruin your positioning.
(IMO if you're going to do it, do it 100%. Don't ship a tasteful product and then market it like a hustler 😬)
