Are there EU payment service providers with support for recurring transactions (like what you would use for a SaaS)? I'm poking around with mollie.com right now. It does support subscriptions but the support seems rudimentary. For example, when a payment fails, mollie does not handle retries, and it does not track if a subscription is past due. I would have to handle that myself.
