"There you have it folks the Stupidest HHS Director in history.....ever" Anyone with even an ounce of brain cells knows you never pick up snakes by the tail, you try and grab them from behind the neck area so they can't bite you IF you don't have any tools to help, which would be a stick and a rope that you can pull right around there neck.
