@wingo@mastodon.social (via @janl) thanks for this. I tried to explore a human rights respecting license a while back and failed pretty hard, I got flooded with “well that’s not open source” and “that’s not free” and therefor it’s bad. I was just trying to figure out how to not help enemies of the people with my code (via licensing as if!) and got some pretty viscous responses to my questions and suggestions. Talking about it on this level makes sense ❤️
